1 General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Luky 7 platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Luky 7 and all its members. By registering, using an account, or accessing any service on Luky 7, you are deemed to have accepted every provision of these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, slot games, virtual sports, and all other services available on the Luky 7 platform. Where separate terms exist for a specific service, those terms apply alongside these General Terms & Conditions.

2 Account Registration & Management

Accurate and truthful information is required to register on Luky 7. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be terminated at any time and any balance held may be forfeited.

Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse, and all associated accounts will be closed.

• You must provide your correct name, phone number, and date of birth at the time of registration.

3 Age Verification & Legal Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to participate on Luky 7. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or taking part in any gaming activity.

By registering, members confirm they are 18 years of age or older. If an account holder is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

4 Deposit Policy

Luky 7 currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300
• Only mobile banking accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings or any unused balance, certain conditions must be met. KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed, and any active bonus wagering requirements on the account must be fulfilled.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing for standard members takes 2–6 hours.
• VIP members receive priority processing for faster withdrawals.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳50,000 (higher limits apply for VIP members).

Luky 7 reserves the right to carry out additional verification on suspicious withdrawal requests. Complying with international anti-money laundering regulations is a legal obligation for Luky 7.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all members when placing bets on Luky 7:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Minimum bet amount is ৳100.
• Maximum bet amounts depend on the match, market, and the member's tier.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.
• Luky 7 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

If a match is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded. For parlay bets, the cancelled match will be removed and the remaining odds will be used to settle the bet. If a match is suspended outside of scheduled time for any reason, special rules will apply — the support team will advise accordingly.

In the event of any dispute regarding betting results on Luky 7, official data feeds and log records shall serve as the final authority.

7 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on Luky 7 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: To cash out bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 20–30x typically applies. The specific conditions for each bonus are listed on its respective bonus page.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus system abuse is detected, the bonus and all winnings earned using that bonus will be voided.
• One bonus at a time: Having multiple active bonuses at the same time is not permitted.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Luky 7. Any such activity, once detected, will result in immediate action:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting any system vulnerability or bug for personal gain.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Registering using a false identity or a third party's identity.
• Fraudulent or deceptive behavior toward other members.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Betting using inside information for match-fixing or unfair advantage.

9 Account Termination & Suspension

Luky 7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Due to prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may close their account at any time. Any eligible balance remaining in the account will be available for withdrawal. Bonus balances will not be refunded.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

• Security breaches caused by third parties.
• Password theft or account hacking resulting from the member's own negligence.
• External factors (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) that disrupt the service.
